Joe has been a Stratham Select Board member since March of 2022.

Joe is or was a member of the above Stratham boards.
Joe's accomplishments as a Select Board member before moving to Stratham were:
- Held property tax increases to an average of just 1.9% annually, for the entire six years he was in office.
- Implemented a Town Manager form of government, with a near unanimous Town Meeting vote.
- Reduced the taxpayer burden of building a new High School by 45%, by creating a School Stabilization Fund savings plan, five years prior to the beginning of construction.
